Check-in is possible from 15:00
Dinner will be served as a drop-in dinner between 19:00 and 21:00 at the Velena Restaurant at the hotel. Please feel free to join when you arrive.
If you would like a drink before or after dinner, you are welcome to visit the Josephine Bar.
When ordering, from the bar, simply use the secret password: 'One World'.
Use this password during the entire summit.
The start times for the morning activities,
morning programmes, transport to dinner
and dinners are fixed.
Other timings may vary slightly throughout the days.
